Refund & Return Policy

Custom & Personalized Items

Because our personalised items are made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please double-check your name spelling, colour, and sizing before placing your order as we cannot offer a replacement for any mistakes when ordering.

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at theteam@wyldbub.com with your order number and clear photos. We'll offer a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.

All Other Items

We don't offer refunds for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days at theteam@wyldbub.com with your order number and photos.

If you'd like to return a non-faulty, non-custom item, you're welcome to do so. Return shipping is at your cost, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and we'll issue a store credit once the item is received and inspected. Email us for the return address and include your name and order number inside the parcel.

Need to Change Your Order?

If you need to update a size, name, or colour, contact us within 1 hour of ordering.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if the product is faulty or the incorrect item was sent. Email theteam@wyldbub.com with photos and a description of the issue.

Sizing & Colour

Size exchanges are not available as size charts are provided on each product page. Colours may appear slightly different across screens and devices, so we can't offer refunds for colour variation unless the item is defective.

Missing Items

If part of your order hasn't arrived, check your shipping confirmation emails as some items (especially personalised ones) may ship separately. If tracking shows it's been shipped but hasn't arrived, contact us with your order number.

Lost Parcels

If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, please raise this directly with your local postal service. We're happy to provide supporting information for your case.

Wrong Address & Unclaimed Parcels

If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you'll be responsible for the reshipping cost. Unclaimed parcels returned to us may also incur a reshipping fee.
