🧺 General Care Tips

• Handle all items with care — avoid pulling, stretching, or putting undue pressure on delicate components.

• Store in a cool, dry space out of direct sunlight and away from damp environments.

• Keep away from pets or sharp objects that may snag, chew, or damage the item.

• If storing long term, place in breathable cotton or muslin bags (avoid plastic).

🧶 Knitted Sweaters & Blankets

• Hand wash only in cold water using a gentle, baby-safe detergent.

• Do not wring or twist. After rinsing, roll the item in a clean towel to absorb excess water, then lay flat to dry.

• Avoid tumble drying, ironing, or dry cleaning.

• Embroidered names are hand-stitched and require special care to avoid pulling or fraying.

• Wipe gently with a dry, lint-free cloth. Do not submerge in water or use harsh cleaning agents.

• These are decorative keepsakes, not toys — do not allow children to play with them or place them within reach of babies or toddlers.

• Avoid placing near direct heat or moisture (e.g. radiators, humidifiers, or open windows).
  

• Do not over twist item, this can cause the mechanism to break.
  

• Check hardware and hanging components regularly to ensure everything remains secure.

• Spot clean with a soft, damp cloth only. Do not machine wash or soak.

• Reshape gently while damp and allow to air dry thoroughly before next use.

• Our plush toys are crafted for gentle snuggles — they are not chew toys or intended for rough play.

• Adult supervision is required at all times.

• Please note: due to the handmade nature and materials, some minor shedding of fibres may occur. Gently remove any loose threads or fibres before giving to your child. - If you think the shedding is too much please contact us and we can help you.
