Follow your order in real time with your order number or the email address you ordered with.

• First tracking scans can take up to 3 business days to appear. If tracking hasn't moved in 15 business days, write to us with your order number and we'll trace it with the courier.
• Tracking says delivered but nothing has arrived? Check with neighbors, your building's mailroom and your local post office first, as parcels are often held nearby for a day or two.
• If you're expecting an email from us, please check your junk folder.

Ready-to-ship pieces leave us within 2 to 3 business days. Personalized pieces are made just for your little one and take 5 to 7 business days before they ship. Most orders then arrive within 4 to 8 business days.

• Where we ship. Tracked to more than 40 countries. Shipping is free over US $45, A$65, £35, €40, CA $60 and NZ $75, and free on every order to all other countries.
• Duties. UK and EU orders arrive with duties and taxes included, so there's nothing to pay at the door. We never add hidden fees of our own.
• Express. Not available at the moment; every order travels tracked on the same service. Short on time with a personalized piece? Skip the Queue moves the making forward.
• Mixed orders. Ready-to-ship pieces are sent first, and your personalized piece follows as soon as it's made. Each parcel has its own tracking link.

• Each name is knitted exactly as entered. Please check names, spelling, sizing and colors before you order.
• Every personalized piece is made to order, so it can't be returned for change of mind.
• Noticed an error after ordering? Write to us straight away with your order number.

Our personalized sweater has a roomy, relaxed fit. It's worn cuffed at first and full length later, so most little ones get a season and a half from one size. Choose by age; there's no need to size up for growing room.

Measurements in cm, laid flat, chest edge to edge under the arms. Each piece is knitted by hand, so allow 1-2 cm either way.

• Unsure? Lay a sweater they own flat, measure the chest under the arms and match it to the chest column.
• Near the top of a size? Within 2 cm of the top of the chest range, choose one size up.
• A gift? For a newborn, 0-3M. For a first birthday, 12-18M.
• Each sweater is made to order, so sizes can't be changed once it's knitted.

• Unused pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery: unwashed, in original condition, with all tags and packaging. Choose a refund or store credit.
• Personalized pieces and wooden carousels are made especially for you, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns.
• Baby carriers have their own 30-day guarantee, beginning with a fit check with our team.
• If something arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, write to us with photos and we'll help make it right.
