Ready-to-ship pieces leave us within 2 to 3 business days. Personalized pieces are made just for your little one and take 5 to 7 business days before they ship. From there, most orders arrive within 4 to 8 business days, and we'll email your tracking link the moment it's on its way.

For a baby shower, birthday or christening, order personalized pieces about two and a half weeks ahead and everything else ten days ahead. If the date is close, add Skip the Queue on the product page and we'll move your piece to the front of the workshop.

0-3M is the size families choose most for a newborn. If baby hasn't arrived yet, or you'd like the piece to be worn for longer, 3-6M fits beautifully in the months after they arrive. Every product page has a size guide with measurements.

Add the name exactly as you'd like it to appear, and we stitch or engrave it just for them. Because each personalized piece is made especially for you, we can't accept change-of-mind returns on them, so please check the spelling, size and color before you order. If we've made a mistake, we'll make it right.

We ship tracked to more than 40 countries. Orders to the UK and EU arrive with duties and import taxes already included, so there's nothing extra to pay at the door.

Pieces that aren't personalized can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original condition. Our baby carriers come with a 30-day guarantee: try yours at home, and if it isn't right for you, send it back for store credit for the price you paid, plus your return postage. Yes. The carrier fits babies from 3.2 kg (7 lb) to around 16 kg (35 lb), roughly newborn to two years. Newborns are carried facing in with the waist belt on the newborn setting, and the instructions walk you through each adjustment.
