If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, we’ll happily offer a replacement or refund — handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at theteam@wyldbub.com with your order number and clear photos.
Refunds will not be issued if the product has been damaged due to not following our care instructions.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at theteam@wyldbub.com with your order number and supporting images.
Refunds or replacements are not available:
After the item has been washed or worn incorrectly
For buyer’s remorse or size exchanges (size charts are displayed on the site)
For items that arrive later than expected due to postal delays beyond our control
If you need to change an order detail (such as size, name, or colour), please contact us within 12 hours of ordering.
If you’d like to return a non-faulty item, you’re welcome to do so, however:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Shipping fees are non-refundable
We will issue a store credit once the item is received and inspected
Please email theteam@wyldbub.com for the return address and include your name and order number inside the parcel.
(Returns are processed at our Australian facility.)
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds for items that have been damaged after use or washing.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, this must be raised directly with your local postal service.

We only offer exchanges if:
The product is faulty, or
The incorrect item was sent
Please email theteam@wyldbub.com with photos and a description of the issue so we can assist promptly.
Size exchanges are not available, as accurate size charts are provided on our website.
If part of your order hasn’t arrived:
Check your shipping confirmation emails — some items (especially personalised ones) may ship separately
If tracking shows it has shipped but not arrived, contact us at theteam@wyldbub.com with your order number
If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
Once your address is reconfirmed, we’ll resend your parcel.
Orders that go unclaimed and are returned to our facility may incur a reshipping fee.
Please note that colour appearance can vary between screens and devices. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for colour discrepancies unless the item is defective.
