Processing Times

Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 2-3 business days. Personalised or custom items require 5-7 business days for crafting before dispatch. If your order contains both, we may ship them separately so your ready-to-go pieces arrive sooner.

Delivery

Once shipped, parcels typically arrive within 4-8 business days depending on your location. International orders may take a little longer due to customs or regional carrier processing.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 3 business days for initial tracking scans to appear.
