How Does Shipping & Delivery Work?

✔︎ Orders usually ship within 72 hours. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your order until it reaches its destination. Please note that tracking numbers may take 3-5 days to be activated by the courier service.

Custom Orders

PLEASE NOTE: If you ordered a custom-made item, please allow 5-7 business days for production before shipment. The total estimated delivery time for custom orders is 11-17 days (5-7 business days for production plus 6-10 calendar days for shipping) (including production and shipping time).
