Baby Carrier FAQ
The carrier is one size, with a fully adjustable design that supports your baby from newborn to toddler (7 to 35 lb, or 3.2 to 16 kg).
The straps and waistband adjust to fit a wide range of bodies, so it grows with your baby and works across caregivers.
If you would like help with the fit, email us at theteam@wyldbub.com.
Yes. The carrier supports three positions:
- Front inward, for newborn closeness and bonding
- Front outward, for curious babies with strong head control
- Back carry, for added support as your baby grows
Each position adjusts easily, and our team is glad to walk you through the setup.
Use the outward-facing position only once your baby can hold their head up on their own and weighs roughly 13 to 22 lb (5.9 to 10 kg), with their face clearly visible above the top of the carrier panel.
Set the waistband to its widest setting and secure the thigh support on the lower buttons before turning your baby to face outward.
If you are unsure, reach out and we will guide you at theteam@wyldbub.com.
Keep your baby high and snug, close enough to kiss, with their head supported near your chest.
Their knees should sit higher than their bottom in a spread-squat position, with legs out to the sides, and their airway clear with the chin off the chest.
For young babies, always carry front inward, facing you.
Yes, the carrier is machine washable. To protect the fabric and gold detailing, spot clean with a soft cloth and warm water when you can, and reserve machine washing for when it is truly needed.
For best results:
- cold, gentle cycle
- mild, baby-safe detergent
- do not tumble dry, lay flat to dry
