Add the name exactly as you'd like it to appear, and we stitch or engrave it just for them. Because each personalised piece is made especially for you, we can't accept change-of-mind returns on them, so please check the spelling, size and colour before you order. If we've made a mistake, we'll make it right.

Yes. On the sweater, blanket and romper pages, leave the name field empty and we'll make it plain. The price is the same.

Our knits have a relaxed, oversized fit, so most bubs get a season and a half out of one size. 0-3M is the size families choose most for a newborn; if baby hasn't arrived yet, or you'd like it worn for longer, 3-6M fits beautifully in the months after. Every product page has a size guide with chest, length and sleeve measurements.

Write to theteam@wyldbub.com within one hour of ordering to change a name, size, colour or address. After that, personalised pieces are usually already in production and we can't change them. Ready-to-ship pieces can be changed until they're packed. Once an order has shipped, we can't redirect it, so please check your address carefully at checkout.

For a baby shower, birthday or christening, order personalised pieces about two and a half weeks ahead and everything else two weeks ahead. If the date is close, add Skip the Queue on the product page and we'll move your piece to the front of the workshop.

It moves your piece to the front of our making queue, ahead of standard orders placed around the same time. It doesn't change the courier or the delivery leg, and it doesn't remove your personalisation.

Ready-to-ship pieces leave us within 2 to 3 business days. Personalised pieces are made just for your little one and take 5 to 7 business days before they ship. From there, most orders arrive within 4 to 8 business days, and we'll email your tracking link the moment it's on its way.

We ship tracked to more than 40 countries. Shipping is free over US $45, A$65, £35, €40, CA $60 and NZ $75, and free on every order everywhere else. Rates and thresholds are on our Shipping and Delivery page.

Orders to the UK and EU arrive with duties and taxes included, so there is nothing to pay at the door. We never add hidden fees of our own: the price you see at checkout is what you pay us.

Your order ships tracked from our partner fulfilment warehouses, with UK and EU duties included. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it leaves.

Not at the moment. Every order travels tracked on the same service. If you're short on time with a personalised piece, Skip the Queue moves the making forward.

Ready-to-ship pieces are sent first, and your personalised piece follows as soon as it's made. Baby mobiles and their brackets also travel as two parcels so each arrives in perfect shape. Every parcel has its own tracking link.

First scans can take up to 3 business days to appear, and some legs of the journey update less often than others. If tracking hasn't moved in 15 business days, email theteam@wyldbub.com with your order number and we'll trace it with the courier and make it right.

Pieces that aren't personalised can be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit or a refund, as long as they're unused and complete with their original tags and packaging. Personalised pieces and our wooden carousels can't be returned for change of mind. Email theteam@wyldbub.com with your order number to start. Full details are in our returns policy.

It's included free if you added Checkout+ at checkout. Otherwise you can still return eligible pieces, but the return postage is yours to cover.

Take 30 days from delivery to try your carrier at home. If it doesn't feel right, start with our instructions and fit guide, then email us a photo or short video of you wearing it and we'll send tips for you both. Still not right after that fit check? If your carrier is eligible, return it for a refund of the price you paid. Worn or washed carriers are welcome if they come back clean, undamaged and complete.

We don't hold stock for swaps, so the quickest way is to return the piece for a refund and place a new order in the size you need. If we sent the wrong size, email us and we'll send the right one straight away.

Our hand-knitted sweaters, rompers and blankets are 100% cotton, chosen for softness and breathability against delicate skin. They're not organic cotton. Some everyday pieces use a cotton blend with a little stretch so they keep their shape, and the exact fabric is listed on every product page.

Gently hand wash cold with a mild detergent and lay flat to dry. Don't tumble dry, wring or bleach. Cared for this way, the knit and the embroidery will hold their shape for years.

Yes. It's tested to the ASTM F2236 safety standard. It fits babies from 3.2 kg (7 lb) to around 16 kg (35 lb), roughly newborn to two years, with no separate infant insert needed. Newborns are carried facing in with the waist belt on the newborn setting. Our Safety and Care Guide walks you through every adjustment.

Each carousel is a classic wind-up music box, no batteries or cords. Wind the key gently and it turns on its own while playing "Carrying You". A few gentle turns is all it needs; please don't over-wind. It's an heirloom nursery piece rather than a toy, so enjoy it together out of reach of small hands.

Yes. Choose the Personalise option on the carousel page and enter the name or date you'd like. Each engraving is done by hand before your carousel ships, so please check spelling and dates carefully.

Surface wash with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then air dry fully. Please don't machine wash or submerge them. The Cuddle Duck is a decorative keepsake rather than a toy.
