How long does my sweater take?+
Each sweater is hand embroidered to order, so please allow 5 to 7 business days before shipment, plus delivery time for your region.
If you need it sooner, add Skip The Queue and we will move your sweater to the front of the production line.
What is the sweater made of?+
100% cotton in a chunky knit, soft against delicate skin and made to be worn season after season. The oversized fit is designed to layer beautifully and grow with your little one.
Every name is individually hand embroidered by us for long-lasting quality.
How do I choose the right size?+
The sweater is designed with a relaxed, oversized fit. Use the size chart on this page to compare measurements, and if your little one is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for longer wear.

Can I change my order after placing it?+
Because every sweater is made to order and personalized, please check the name spelling, colour, and size carefully before ordering, as changes cannot be processed once production begins.
If you spot an error right after ordering, email us immediately at theteam@wyldbub.com and we will do our best to catch it before your sweater reaches the queue.
How do I care for the sweater?+
Gently hand wash cold with a mild detergent and lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry, wring, or bleach.
Cared for this way, your sweater will hold its shape and softness for years to come.
