The carousel is beautiful and my son and daughter in law loved it for their new son! The only thing was a bit of lack of communication and the delivery was quite uncertain and took a long time, but the wait was worth it after all

Each carousel uses a classic wind-up mechanism, no batteries or cords. Wind the key gently and the carousel turns on its own while playing its gentle lullaby.
Take care not to over-wind, a few gentle turns is all it needs.
Can I have my carousel personalized?+
Yes. Select the Personalize or Engrave option on this page and enter the name or date you would like. Each engraving is done by hand before your carousel ships, which makes it a true one-of-a-kind keepsake.
Please check spelling and dates carefully, as engraved pieces cannot be changed once production begins.
How long until my carousel ships?+
Personalized carousels are engraved by hand, so please allow 5 to 7 business days before shipment. Carousels without engraving are dispatched sooner.
If you need your piece for a special date, add Skip The Queue at checkout and we will move your order to the front of the production line.
Is the carousel suitable for my baby?+
The carousel is an heirloom keepsake and nursery piece rather than a toy. Little ones love watching and listening to it, and we recommend enjoying it together under adult supervision, displayed out of reach of small hands.
How do I care for my carousel?+
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Keep your carousel away from moisture and direct sunlight, and avoid over-winding the mechanism.
